I have a friend, Naomi, who writes about the healing power of nature. We sometimes forget in our efforts to create habitat for wildlife that we are actually creating a haven for ourselves, too.
It is a fact that spending time in nature, whether in our wildlife gardens or visiting the National Parks, that this has a powerful ability to heal our weary souls, provide comfort and solace, and rejuvenate us.
